Our company's tapered tube processing techniques are divided into two types:

1. Tube Spinning: Using welded or seamless tubes, first cut to the required length, then spun on a machine to the desired diameter. The tapered tube is then completed, and subsequent surface treatments are done according to customer requirements. The requirements for the tube material are relatively high; tubes that are not fully welded cannot be processed, as they are prone to bursting. Additionally, the maximum diameter for spinning is 89mm, which can be directly spun into a 51mm tapered tube.

2. Sheet Metal Pressing: A fan-shaped sheet is cut according to the dimensions, then rolled and pressed into a conical shape using a machine. After welding, it is basically finished, and subsequent surface treatments are done according to customer requirements. This process is typically used for large or thick tapered tubes, such as a 323mm to 200mm tapered tube, which can only be processed using this method.

Tapered tubes produced by spinning generally have better roundness, while those produced by pressing have relatively poorer roundness. Correspondingly, spinning can only process smaller tapered tubes, and the thickness cannot be too great, whereas pressing can process tapered tubes of many sizes. Both methods have their own advantages.
